Supporting self-awareness, emotional attunement, and growth in identity, relationships, and life direction.

A lot of people I work with are functioning well on the surface, but feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or out of step underneath.

They may be navigating burnout, relationship patterns, identity questions, or a growing sense that something in life is no longer working in the way it used to.

Sometimes they know exactly what they want help with. Sometimes they just know they can’t keep operating in the same way.

What I help with

I work with individuals navigating:

  • Neurodiversity (ADHD, autism, giftedness, dyslexia)

  • Burnout and workplace stress

  • Life transitions and identity exploration

  • Women’s mental health (including perinatal and postnatal support)

  • Anxiety, mood difficulties, and relationship patterns

I also work with neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ clients, and many people I see are engaged in creative or reflective work.

How I work

My approach is trauma-informed and attachment-based, drawing on evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT).

I also integrate mindfulness-based approaches and work with the mind–body connection, recognising how emotional experiences are held and processed over time.

Together, we explore the patterns, responses, and protective strategies that have developed — often for good reason — but may now feel limiting.

Rather than trying to “fix” these, I focus on helping you understand them, build self-awareness, and develop a more secure internal foundation.

My work is also informed by ongoing study in systemic and relational approaches, including constellation-informed thinking, supporting a broader understanding of family, relationship, and intergenerational patterns.

This work supports:

  • greater clarity and self-trust

  • more flexibility in relationships

  • the ability to move toward what matters, even in the presence of fear or doubt

Experience

I have experience working across private practice, clinical research, non-government organisations, and outpatient hospital settings.

I have supported clients across a range of concerns including anxiety, mood difficulties, trauma, grief, adjustment, and life transitions, as well as body image and eating-related concerns.
